CrowdTour 25 – Roadshow
For a leading international cybersecurity provider, we were tasked with creating state-of-the-art, innovative settings for three destinations as part of a global tour to present the latest and most secure strategy and technology in managed detection and response (MDR) to conference guests.
To this end, we searched for trendy locations in Bucharest, Vienna, and Warsaw that had attractive exhibition and catering areas for breaks and after-work events, as well as plenary and breakout options.
Install elaborate decoration, sound and lighting concept
With extensive equipment including wall coverings, LED walls, life-size cyber figures, lighting elements, illuminated and cardboard cubes, screens, branded cushions, and beach flags as fantastic all-over branding, we transformed each location into a cool cyber world. Lighting technology and impressive sounds in line with the CI complemented the cool, futuristic atmosphere in the corporate flair.
We provided expert logistics and process planning support, as the equipment had to be transported over long distances and only one day was available for setup.
