Infineon Technologies AG Sales Training /// REALIZE is given the task to organise the “Infineon & International Rectifier Sales integration Conference” marking the acquisition of a US company. In the context of a two-day congress in the Hotel Hilton Munich Park the first-time encounter of the sales employees of both businesses is coordinated. The challenge is to integrate a plenary session, an exhibition space with demonstrations as well as six parallel training sessions into an overall concept.
In the evening it is time to strengthen new contact in a laid-back atmosphere: for this, Infineon invites its guests to the Beach 38 – where a dinner in the sand as well as canopied beach chairs and sun beds instantly contribute to relaxation. Large-sized video projections make the illusion of palm trees, the ocean and the sun become temporary reality. Team building measures ranging from coconut bowling and limbo dance to slacklining motivate to interact. And at the end of the evening conversations, drinks and live music unite to one atmospheric beach party; in the middle of Munich.
