REALIZE organizes the ESB Summer Party for the third time in a row and takes 450 participants to H’ugo’S Beach Club at Lake Starnberg. In unique surroundings, ESB GmbH would like to thank its employees and their families for their commitment and success.

On a day full of activities for young and old, but the weather didn’t seem to want to play along at the beginning. While the guests get their culinary money’s worth at a pizza cooking station and a BBQ buffet, the supporting program also leaves nothing to be desired. The sporty person’s balance can be refined on Stand-Up Paddle Boards and RC and electric boats are put to use. On the XXL foosball table, a winning team will be decided in tournament mode under the enthusiastic moderation of sports presenter Markus Othmer, and even the smallest visitors will have plenty of fun today, transforming themselves into wild creatures or imaginative mythical creatures during the children’s face painting.

Also musically, Realize picks up the ESB coworkers enthusiastically and lets them enchant not only optically by the ladies Saxophone Quartet Hot Sax from Munich. Interactively, the next, rousing DrumEvent-Showact challenges us to create a sense of rhythm and strengthen team spirit by drumming together. becoming one of the highlights of the day.
In addition to all these activities, guests have the opportunity to enjoy a drink in a relaxed and impressive atmosphere on the beach or on the lake plateau of Orange Beach, as part of the location. A dreamlike scenery, which may still captivate every guest this evening.
