Interhyp celebrates its 25th anniversary
Interhyp has been helping people into their own homes for a quarter of a century. That calls for a celebration.
And the company’s success is no accident. To motivate its 1,600 employees across Germany and continually reinforce a shared corporate spirit, Interhyp attaches great importance to regular live events for everyone, held across all locations.
To this end, all 1,600 employees from 140 locations were invited to Munich this year for the anniversary celebration in the small Olympic Hall, followed by an evening event at the Bergson Kunstkraftwerk.
Perfect participant management for this large-scale event
We love big and grand. As seasoned event professionals, we know how to best manage travel, accommodation and communication for 1,450 participants from 140 locations across Germany.
Specifically, this included 📩 3,250 emails, ✈️ 710 flight tickets🚆 900 train tickets and 🏨 800 hotel rooms.
The focus was not only on logistics, but also on guaranteeing the best possible support for all concerns as a permanent contact person via email and the telephone hotline on the day before and during the event.
After arriving at the venue, all guests’ luggage had to be stored, as transfers to the hotels and check-in did not take place until between the conference and the evening event. Our project managers were even on site at all five hotels to ensure that everything ran smoothly.
When the structure is right, logistics run smoothly and guests feel that everything is running smoothly in the background.
