BLLV – National Delegates Assembly (NDA) 2023​

Four years ago, the last BLLV NDA also took place in Würzburg at the Congress Centrum (CCW). ​
The big difference: 2023 was the first time in the history of the BLLV that it was accompanied by an agency. REALIZE had the honour.​
The day before the meeting, a welcome meeting was held at Gut Wöllried for a preliminary discussion. Behind historic walls, board members and the state committee were able to make their first decisions before the start of the conference and end the evening on a festive note with culinary delights and music.​
The first day of the congress was used for the meeting of the delegates for the Pre-Parliament and the first working session. To get in the mood for the Congress Spirit, the foyer of the CCW was transformed into an exhibition with lounge and catering area offering lots of information and service. The common thread in the BLLV’s appearance followed the motto ‘Education can do it – We can educate’ – strikingly accompanied in large text and image variations.​
In the afternoon, we went to a BLLV rally in front of the Würzburg Cathedral to draw attention to the situation of teachers. Here, REALIZE not only provided permits, stage and stage direction, but also a large security contingent to ensure the safety of the almost 2,000 participants. The day ended with a Franconian evening at the Bürgerspital, a popular wine bar in Würzburg. ​
Days 3 and 4 were dedicated to education and education policy in Bavaria. The highlight was the visit of Minister President Dr. Markus Söder and Minister of State Prof. Dr. Michael Piazolo. The four-day event culminated in a gala evening full of awards, music and dancing in an exuberant atmosphere.​

A successful congress for the BLLV that made an impact and left a lasting impression. The maxim ‘Together we can do it’ became very clear and underlines the feeling of togetherness.​

Goal achieved. Realize has successfully fulfilled its mission.​
