Take us with you captain on a journey …​

3 days right in the middle of the biggest sailing event in the world. Between huge, beautiful traditional or steam ships and breathtaking private sailors. Between fast sports boats, regattas and personal sailing experiences with sea breeze.​
Experience the feeling of freedom on the water, adventure and light-heartedness up close and crown an eventful day with a variety of North German delights and entertainment in a maritime atmosphere.​
A big ahoy to the best sellers from 2023, who were invited to these exclusive days during Kieler Woche.​
Being part of such a major event requires exceptional planning: routes have to be adapted on site due to road closures, planning at least one year in advance is essential because otherwise everything is fully booked and creating exclusive areas is a particular challenge.​
As an old event captain, REALIZE had adjusted the planning compass at an early stage and always had an eye on the necessary course.​
We started with freshly caught dishes on the Kiellinie with a panoramic view of the Kiel Fjord and marina. After a short break at the hotel, we went to the Kiel Yacht Club, a traditional hotel and sailing club.​
After meeting and networking time, the first evening event started with dinner, speeches, video clips and honours.​
The 2nd day was characterised by sporty sailing experiences: Taking the helm yourself on two legendary Volvo Ocean Racer winning yachts or Baltic Sea jumping on a speedboat. For ‘Cruise and Lunch’, all together set sail again on a venerable tall ship and former lightship from 1905. Here it was possible to roll up your shirtsleeves and join in at any time, so that you could fulfil your sailor ambitions or just enjoy sailing across the Baltic Sea. ​
On the second evening, we enjoyed an exclusive view of the harbour and fjord from deck 4 of the Schwedenkai in the stylish Längengrad restaurant and got a taste of the sea air from the roof terrace.​
