Bella Roma we are coming.
From different airports in Germany, we head to the summer-hot Rome in June. Flexibility is needed right from the start, as the second half of flights are delayed. We simply push the lunch back a bit and keep the participants in tune, who are already in the Eternal City, with espresso, gelato and Aperol Spritz on La Dolce Vita. Then everyone is there and together the group is driven on vintage Ape Calesses through Rome. We pass the Vatican, the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Trastevere. This makes the special flair of the city immediately palpable. In the evening, the group enjoys a traditional dinner in a typical trattoria.
The next day allows participants to see from the Italian capital for what interests them most. Be it art and culture in the Vatican and its museums or pure history in the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. After so many impressions, a strengthhas to be gathered first. And what would be better suited than a real Italian pizza from the stone oven? In the afternoon, everyone has time to throw themselves into the hustle and bustle of the Eternal City. Shopping, sightseeing or just relaxing in one of the many street cafés? There are many possibilities. The highlight of the day is the breathtaking view of the illuminated Colosseum at dinner. More Rome is not possible!
Three days go so fast, because now it’s called “Arrivederci, Bella Roma!” But before the time comes, we drive the group out to the countryside to a beautiful winery. Here the participants can once again let their souls really dangle, between ancient olive trees and countless vines. Of course, we also visit, learn and taste. The perfect end to the journey is a stop at a gelateria. And one thing is certain – we will definitely be back!
