MINI Sales Incentive.
Under the motto “ICE ICE MINI – how cool are you?” REALIZE drives up a top-class incentive. In the run-up to the event, newsletters with stories about the Viking island of Iceland had spurred the participants to top performances. After all, 40 MINI sellers have reached their destination and set off for the far north.
The program reflects the MINI brand: young, fancy, exclusive – and pretty cool. REALIZE surprises with a fully rented design hotel in the middle of the Icelandic steppe. Here, the group dynamics are transformed within a few hours into the dissolved atmosphere of a class trip. The fact that from this point on one highlight follows the next – is in the nature of the matter: During “Whale Watching”, the participants experience the largest animals in the world up close; when bathing in the Blue Lagoon, we float in a relaxed way through a fascinating crater landscape; and on hand-modeled ice furniture you share the collected impressions at the common glacier buffet.
After four days, the group, having grown up together, finally start their journey home. Deeply fulfilled – and with a simple certainty in the luggage: It hasn’t been as cool as on “Iceland” for a long time.
